Refund Policy

We have selected WorldPay to manage the processing of payments through our website.

WorldPay’s payment solutions are trusted and utilised by thousands of businesses, big and small, in nearly all parts of the world. WorldPay’s e-commerce solutions are secure and easy-to-use, and have enabled customers to gain access to valuable products and services over the Internet.

With WorldPay, you are provided with a variety of options for payment for our products. These includes Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, and American Express.


In accordance with The Consumer Contracts Regulations, you can return your products within 14 days for a full refund (less associated shipping costs).

To cancel an order, please send an email to quoting your order number or by quoting the date of payment and the name of the person who made the payment. All goods within the order must have been returned to us in ‘as-new’ condition before the refund will be processed.

All refunds will be credited to the payment card used to make the order.

12 Month Guarantee

The iGrow comes with a 12 month guarantee.  If you do not increase hair density in 12 months using the iGrow we will give you a full refund.

In order to activate the 12 month guarantee we need photo proof of identity (ie. passport or driving license) emailed to along with your order number and current photo of your hair (front / back / top).
